A Whole Year

 I can't believe that Holden is a year old. We had a fun party for him at my moms house with family and a few friends. Luckily Holden was feeling better after a week of crankiness. I thought he was teething, his top front teeth had poked out but then a few days ago they retreated back into the gums. I had never seen that before! 

Holden had a blast at his party. We had chalupa and watermelon. He is crazy over watermelon lately and loves eating meat. He would not sit at all to open presents, so TJ and I opened them all. He really enjoyed his cake, mostly the frosting.

Holden's likes:

-his mommy

-playing with Desmond

-screaming whether happy or mad

-crawling and walking with some help. He has only taken a few steps independently

-exploring and climbing

-eating (he would sit in his high chair for hours and eat if we let him)

And his number one favorite is and always has been bath time. I can't wait to start his swim lessons in a few weeks!

Four Months

I can't believe Holden is four months old already! He has gotten so big. He loves it when his big brother Desmond holds him. He is laughing and rolling over now. His legs are so strong I wouldn't be surprised if he was crawling soon.

4 month stats: 16.5 lbs and 25 3/4 inches  80th Percentile all around.
